Providing Executive Coaching to CEOs and Senior Executives in Corporate and Nonprofit Organizations

Do You Identify With This?

Every day each of us is faced with an inordinate number of tasks and responsibilities and they seem unending. Our lives are complicated by the numerous roles we play, and relief for some of us comes only on occasion. We know we need to think about our organizations strategically, but rarely set aside time to do it. The fact is that we also need to think about our professional and personal lives strategically and rarely do. We are too busy coping with the stress we face almost on a daily basis, too busy to focus on the questions, doubts and anxiety flitting through our minds. Being at the top is a lonely place. Here is someone who has been in your shoes, has seen the light and shares it with individuals like yourself.

Meet Arnold Clickstein, Executive Coach

I am an experienced executive coach in private practice. I specialize in working with chief executive officers, senior executives, and other members of the leadership of their corporate and nonprofit worlds, with the objective of resolving issues that confront their careers and organizations. I bring 30 plus years of experience and tools gained in local, regional, national and international nonprofit arenas, to help you and your organization. Some of my most gratifying experiences are from helping CEOs resolve the issues that impede their personal and professional growth and that of their organizations.

I work with clients individually and in small groups. I meet with them in person and by phone, in a supportive and confidential manner. My office is in Winchester, Massachusetts where I cover all of North America and selected global locations. To learn more about me, check out my bio by clicking here.

Every hour I provide executive coaching to a client gives me a lot of gratification and the client a great deal of satisfaction, because we are resolving the issues that impede a client's personal and professional growth and that of her/his organization. The client begins to recognize her/his potential and vision as well as recognizing the road to organizational strategic and wise growth. The big question is, 'can you benefit from executive coaching?' See if you identify with any of the 'big questions' in An Assessment.

My Mission and Professional Passion

From an early age, it has been my mission to help individuals. I went away to undergraduate school thinking I would be come a physician or clinical psychologist. I got sidetracked and ended up focusing on literature in graduate school, which led me to teaching. My mission today really hasn't changed; it has become my professional passion—to help individuals gain insights into themselves and use this insight to build on their strengths, develop self-mastery, and improve their leadership skills so that they achieve their personal and professional goals. It is these goals that contribute to significant outcomes in their lives and their organizations. Beyond this, I enjoy helping clients see the beauty and joy of the earth and of life. Executive Coaching is an excellent route to get there.

The Importance of Executive Coaching

An executive coach is a beacon in tough times, a trainer in communication and life skills. He is a mentor and motivator. He is a sounding board for making the right life choices. A coach is a partner in achieving personal and professional goals. An accomplished coach helps people grow and catch their potential so that they can achieve extraordinary things.

An executive coach helps clients develop the capacity to 'think outside the box' by thinking systemically instead of linearly. If you want help in seeing what you presently can not see and want to find strategic ways to get stronger, acquiring the assistance of a professional coach will make a world of difference to your personal and professional productivity and, equally important, to your self-esteem.

Executive coaching will help you make the most of your time, bring structure to your life, help you gain a new perspective in the way you see the world around you, help you overturn obstacles in the way of success, and help you see new opportunities within the conundrum of everyday living and business. The coaching process also will help you sharpen your leadership skills, broaden your self-mastery, and develop best practices.
