Arnold Clickstein

Arnold Clickstein has undergraduate and graduate degrees from the University of Minnesota and Northeastern University, respectively. He completed post-graduate work at Boston University. He has thirty-plus years experience as a CEO and teacher in the nonprofit sector with educational and cultural institutions and organizations within regional, national and international arenas. His experience includes serving on a national management team, as well as the governing boards of local and regional organizations.

Mr. Clickstein is a member of the International Coach Federation, the New England Society for Applied Psychology, Organizational Development Network, the Greater Boston Facilitators Group, and the Harvard Business Review Advisory Council. He is an executive coach in private practice, who works primarily with CEO's, senior executives and governing boards of nonprofit organizations. His goal is to help find solutions to the issues that are impeding the success of key executive staff, their governing boards, and their organizations. He has been in private practice since 2000 in Winchester, Massachusetts where he lives with his wife and youngest child. On occasion, he leads a seminar on governance for Cambridge College's Institute for Lifelong Learning and Community Building. He also has taught at Lesley College (now Lesley University) and lectured at Antioch New England University and Gaigukai University in Japan.

Arnold's clients tend to come from the kinds of organizations that reflect his personal interests which are arts, cultural, education and social services, as well as the environment and the outdoors.
